THE ROUTINE: Scoop a small amount of the balm and work between hands to melt. apply as a moisturizer on damp skin all over body focusing on dry areas such as elbows & heels. For best results use on damp skin or right after the shower. A little goes a long way! To help soothe a skin concern such as a cut, bite, or eczema areas apply a small amount on clean affected area.
