Do you have a physical store location?

No, we are an online-only store without any physical retail locations.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. We also accept PayPal.

Is shipping free?

No, shipping is either a separate charge or it is built into the retail price as determined by each supplier.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times depend on your location but are generally between 3-7 business days via standard shipping.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number when your order ships so you can track its progress online.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receipt of shipment. Items must be in original condition with tags still attached. Simply contact us to request a return.

We provide tracking information so you can follow along with your purchase. Customs fees and taxes may be due upon arrival, which would be handled by your local postal service. Please contact us if you have any other questions about international ordering!
