THE ROUTINE: Apply a small amount of the balm to face & neck in an upward motion after applying toner & serum to seal in hydration. Use twice daily or more as desired. Can be used as a protective balm around the eyes to depuff, stimulate collagen synthesis and minimize line and wrinkles.
